Hi y’all - new member here!

I’m revisiting bringing my e270R Sansa Raphsody back to life. I tried the official Sandisk website for the Americas firmware but it’s no longer active. Looking for a downloadable or shared version of the 01.02.165D firmware.

Any pointers much appreciated.

Found it on the DriverGuide website, unzipped and have the pp5022.mi4 file. Let’s see if it works!

Thanks buddy. Looks like the same download.

I booted into recovery mode, copied the unzipped pp5022.mi4 file to the Sansa 16MB Drive, ejected the drive from my Mac, disabled the hold switch, then disconnected the USB. The firmware load completed (per the on-screen message) but on reboot I got the normal Sandisk start-up logo followed by the ‘Load main image failed. Switch back to recovery mode’ message. I repeated but got the same result. Looks like I’m still unable to get my e270R back to life.

Back to the drawing board :frowning:
