i connected the sansa to another computer, the computer got stuck. i had to shout down the computer.
since then, its shows reading, and my computer can not recognize it. what should i do?

I would try a hard reset. Mine was stuck on Connecting and that did it.
Press Select button and Vol + at the same time.
