My player is having a problem in the display. The letters (alphabets) in the menu and the letters while the song is playing are distorted. But the numbers representing the song number at the top and the battery charge display are working fine. Even the welcome note “Sansa” and closing note “good bye” are displayed correct.
Since the letters are distorted I am not able to navigate through the options, song or perform any operation like searching for the songs.
The following are the items that are distorted:
Display of artist name
Display of the song title and album name
Display of letters in the menu
Kindly let me know how this issue may be solved as soon as possible.
