Did your player have a screen foil when new?

Hi,

I’ve bought and returned one player and have now received a second, and both have scratched screens. Neither had a protective film like those I’ve seen on YouTube unboxing videos. I could see that the second one was scratched before I opened the box. The plastic part containing the player has matching marks over the screen.
