Hello there, I need help in being able to figure out how to copy files from my scandisk secure access vault. I have some MP3 & JPEG files which I have dragged and droped into the vault. Now when I open the vault and try and copy any of these files to another folder, it does not happen. Even if I try to copy the entire folder(s) from the vault and paste it to my desktop I just get a blank folder on the desktop with no files in it. I am not able to copy files as the error message I get is ‘cant read from source file’.

I’ve been having the same problem. I have a 64gb sandisk flashdrive with the secure access program. It was working fine until recently. Now when I want to view, copy, or restore my files, it justs tells me they are empty or gives me empty folders…
