Cruzer Glide 16gig dosen't work

My 16 gigabits Cruzer Glide doesn’t work on My Windows 7 Laptop it says “Unrecognized Device” and sometimes it says “Installing Device Hardware” and then it says “Could Not Install Hardware” or something like that and it docents show up in my “My Computer” section, I tried every slot

It dosen’t show the LED light

Any Suggestions?
