Cruzer 16GB too low write speed

Hi,

I brought Cruzer 16GB and it’s too slow to copy from HDD to USB.

I tested USB with ATTO benchmark.

The below is exactly same what i tested.

With bigger transfer size the speed goes down extremely low.

Is it normal?
