The writing speed of my 16GB Cruzer is getting slower (<1mb / sec)

Hi,

Recently , I found that my 16GB Cruzer is too slow to copy some files from my computer to my cruzer.

When i copied some file, I get less than 1mb per second on average.

Here attached with the screen shoot when I tested my cruzer with ATTO benchmark. Is it normal?
