Computer will not recognize or acces SanDisk Cruzer but it will light up

If I plug the cruzer into other computers it works and if I plug other external drives into the computer SanDisk wont work on they work. For some reason only this one external drive will not work in this one computer

The cruzer actually uses Windows components for system drivers. Try to do a simple WIndows update and see if it works out for you.
