Clip + wont turn on or charge.

I bought 2 Sansa Clip + one for me and one for my mother and my mother was listening to hers and it shut down. I am guessing that the battery ran out. So we plug it up to usb on her computer and nothing wont charge and wont turn on plugged in or not. Mine works fine and charges. We have the exact same settings on USB mode MTP.

Any way to get this working or am I going to have to send it back for a replacement? I just got them 3 days ago and it has not been damage in any way.

Try doing a reset on it.

Thanks that worked. Any idea what could have caused it? Because it had some charge still left.
