Clip--duplicate songs show up when adding new music?

When adding songs from Rhapsody/Windows Media Player–songs show up twice, sometimes 3 times on the device–anyone else have this issue?

Yes, this is happening to me also.  I don’t know how to fix this but I share your frustration.  I hope someone will have a solution.
