I’ve tried sliding up on the touchpad / screen a bunch of times and nothing happens.
It’s still locked, I can’t shut it off or do anything…
The screen also remains black (I don’t know if that’s supposed to happen).
Help?
Hold the power buttom down for a long time ( a minute) . The unit might reset.
What was the battery level at the time? If the screen is black, the player is not llocked, it is off. Either hold the top power button for about 20 seconds to do a hard power reset, or plug the device into the computer using the USB cable.
You can then go into My Computer, right-click on Sansa Fuze+ and go Properties and check the battery life.
