I have a SanDisk Cruzer Switch flashdrive with the vault program on it. I put some files from my old laptop on it and want to transfer them to my new laptop, but I can’t figure out how. I go into the vault, copy the files, and paste them into a folder but all that I copy and paste are empty folders. None of the actual files are being moved over. It won’t let me copy and paste individual files.
Can someone please tell me how to get my files to move over? This is so frustrating…
How about files outside the vault, are you able to copy and paste them?
Yes, but every time I try to delete stuff inside the vaul to make room on my flashdrive, it stops responding and I have to close it. I might just delete the entire vault programs so I won’t have to deal with it, even the vault is the reason why I bought it.
I have the same poblem. Some files will drag out of the vault to the second computer and some won’t and the trunsfer just freezes up. I’m about to chuck San Disk for all time it’s so frustrating.
