I got my new Sansa Express and this morning I tried to update the firmware. After finishing the update, now my unit keeps on showing ‘Connected’ message and keepimg menu button pressed for more than 8 seconds does not switch it off. I am now waiting for the batteries to run out but is there any other solution?
While going through other posts I manged to resolve the issue. You press the middle square button and ‘Vol up (+)’ button together. This resets the unit.
