My husband and I can’t for the life of us figure out how to get music from a CD on the shaker. I think we have to convert the format from music file on the CD to MP3. Please help ? Where do I get this software to convert, if that’s what the problem is and why couldn’t the directions include that minor detail?

If you have Windows Media Player. Go to tools.
-click on options
-click on the tab “rip music”
-remove tick from copy right protect BUT REMEMBER TO TICK THIS AFTER YOU HAVE FINISHED ADDED MUSIC TO SD.

just above copy protect is format click on blue arrow drag down to mp3 or wma (Window media audio) - the file tye tape will tell you if your pc will do mp3 or wma. if it is not ticked then tick.

the go the slider kbps change bit rate to 256.

then click apply and close

go to rip on windows media player, put in cd - click on rip top line should read the name of cd.
- rip music you need.

remove cd

click on sync attached ubs cable to sandisk add songs you want to sync list and click on start sync.
