Can't copy files in my Sansa Clip+

I cant acces to my sansa clip+ 4gb when i plug it with usb, i formatt it, i reset it, tried MTP and MSC mode but it still the same, got a message from windows xp who cant reconize my device

If possible try a different cable and/or another machine. What os are you using, must be winxp or later, Linux or Mac (both MSC mode). Not sure what os needed for those but I suspect that won’t be a problem.

i’v uninstalled the USB device and then when i plugged it back, it work!
