I cant add or delete anything from my drive… dont have a password request on startup or to change anything…? NEED HELP…!!!

Cant access from my MAC or my PC…

UNDER INFO it says READ ONLY…!!!

Hello,

Was the unit formatted for mac? If it was windows only, the unit will show as read only on Mac.

Yes it was actually… I used to use it on there and now it doesn’t work on either of them…

I’m having the same issue and have only used it with Windows (different computers though). How do I resolve this??

Note: I don’t have a password and am getting a message that I don’t have access when I try to add a folder.
