Can't access main menu + muted

Help Anyone!

Got ths Sandisk Clip Jam. Worked just fine for two days. Was listening to the radio when sound was suddenly muted. Checked volume, tried other stations, turned on and off, replaced earbuds. Nothing.

Tried going to main menu to see if the problem was only with the radio - couldn’t get to the main menu - it just allows the radio option.

Maybe the player is locked?
The lock / unlock button is the “Back” button. Press and hold for 3 secs.

If you can get to the Settings Menu. Maybe try to execute a “Restore”. This should return the player to factory settings. This will not delete any content you copied to the player.
