Cannot connect to https://www.sandisk.com/myconnect

Hello

I followed the steps in the user’s guide but my stick does not show up on the myconnect page.

I have used different browsers (Firefox, Safari) but to no avail.

I am using an iMac running El Capitan.

Any help would be most welcome.

try removing the “s” from https. connect using http://www.sandisk.com/myconnect
