Cannot Access SD Card Through Memory Zone but can the My Files

When I plug in the sd card and memory zone opens it asks me to select the root folder of the sd card but when I click on the sd card it says “can’t load content at the momemt” I’ve looked and Memory Zone has permission to “all files and folders” selected.
