I have a quick question. Does anyone know if I can buy an adaptor to charge my Sansa Clip Plus 8gb on a stadard mp3 player dock? I haven’t been able to find one so far.

What do you mean by ‘standard’ mp3 player dock? Most of the ‘generic’ docks connect to the player via the haedphone jack only, in which case you could certainly plug in an AC charger to the mini-USB port on the Clip+ but no, there’s no way to charge it through the headphone jack.
There aren’t any docks made (to my knowledge anyway) specifically for the Clip+.
