When I plug a 1/2 charged brand new Clip into a 2.0 USB port on a Windows XP SP@ machine XP sees the Clip, but I get the old hardware did not install properly message. When I try to reinstall the driver in Device Manager I get this: "There was problem installing this hardware…THIS DEVICE CANNOT START (CODE 10)
Same thing happened on a totally different computer. Any ideas please? Thanx
