i have a sansa fuze+ that is over a year old, the battery seems to be dying it won’t hold a charge also the screen won’t work. Can i save it because i have a lot of music I don’t want to lose.
Copy everything from the player to your copmputer to back it up if you haven’t done so already.
when i plug it up it comes on but will not do anything
