I have several SanDisks; 2 are Cruzer Glide(s) and the other a cruzer micro.  Can someone please share how to alphabetize my folders and files/docs… Or organize by title?  If so, your time and attention would be most appreciated.

If you are using Windows Explorer to view the files clicking on the column’s label invokes displaying the files/folders in that sequence.  Click once for oldest to newest and click again to reverse the sequence.

I failed to say that I am using COS… Chromebook.  Do you think the same procedure for Windows or Mac will work for COS?  Although, Ed, I will give your suggestion an attempt.
