A strange request

This will sound a bit odd, but I wondered if someone out there wouldn’t mind trying to play a certain file on their clip for me.

The file has a different encoding to usual (long story), and before I buy a clip, I’d like to know if it will play or not.

This isn’t a trick! It’s not a virus or anything stupid like that.

If anyone does want a full explanation of this, I’m happy to provide it.

No, It doesn’t work. My Clip freezes. I use the current firmware but I doubt even older ones support mp2 files.
