512GB miniSD Card Only Showing as 28.7GB

I’ve just bought a 512GB miniSD card, but on every device I put it on (my laptop, my desktop, and my Nintendo Switch) I can only see 28.7GB of space available.

I’ve tried using multiple programs to check for partitions on the disk (Partition Wizard is one), and I’ve tried reformatting the card multiple ways (SD Formatter and command prompt), but it still only shows as having 28.7GB free of a maximum of 28.7GB.

To resolve this issue we would request you to please format your product via the SD formatter tool with help of a PC.
