32GB micro sd only shows as 512KB

I plugged a new 32GB miroSD card into my reader and windows 7 wanted to format it so I said okay.

Now it only shows as 512KB 

I’ve looked into Disk Manager and I can do nothing.  No partitions quite appear but it shows a drive letter.

I cannot do anythign with this card as far as removing all partitions or formatting…

Any suggestions besides an RMA are welcome.

Can you re-format it? if not, I think the only thing to do is return it to your dealer for another one, or RMA it through SanDisk.
