I have a Gigabyte Aorus Ultra x570 motherboard with a Ryzen 9 3900x CPU. I have tried my 500gb Sandisk Extreme Pro SSD plugged into both the USB Type C port with USB 3.2 Gen 2 support, and also the USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A port. I’m averaging about 500 megabits per second data transfer speed. Shouldn’t I be getting twice that speed? I have updated the bios to the most current version, and looked for an updated USB driver on the Gigabyte website but there isn’t one. How do I get the speed that the Extreme Pro is capable of? Thanks.
