2nd My Passport Essential drive not writable

Hi,

I just purchased a new 320GB My Passport Essential drive and connected it to my laptop with my older drive (same as the new one) already connected. SmartWare is showing that the drive exists but that “No writable WD Smarware partition found”.

How do I get my laptop to see (and work with) both drives?

Can you confirm if the drive is showing on the computer?
