1tb Sandisk Extreme Pro Warranty

I bought sandisk extreme pro 1tb from amazon.de. When I plug it into usb it says there is a problem. Not writing, sometimes reading. It’s called a lifetime warranty. Which service should I send it to? I will send the product from outside of Germany.
