16GB sd card not recognized

I just bought a new one 16GB micro sd card then I tested it in the shop the android read it and told me that it has 14.75 GB free

then when I went out after 10 mins the android told me the sd card removed

after that it’s not recognized by any device now!!?!?!?!?! why??
