Hi all I just got a 16GB Sandisk microSD card today but it isn’t being recognised at all by my clip+ I have transferred some music to it using the SD card adapter and using the SD slot on my laptop so I know there is music on it but it plain won’t read it. I also tested a 4GB card I had and that also didnt work tried the card in my camera and phone and it worked fine any ideas?
Or call SanDisk Tech Support. If they can’t figure it out and deem it defective (and it’s still under warranty) they can arrange to have a replacement unit sent to you.
It is new, or is this the 1st time you’ve tried a memory card in the slot? Has it worked with memory cards in the past?
It is certainly new, was a christmas present.
however it was bought off ebay, so not sure whether it will be covered by warranty or not

If it was a new product then yes, it would be covered under SanDisk’s warranty. If it was bought as used or re-furbed, then no.
