My SanDisk 16GB Extreme card, can not be seen on my OSX 10.8 with no USB, Firewire 400/800 card reader. It also can not be seen on any of my Canon Cameras (I have many of them). The cameras dont even start when I have inserted the card. The Card is dead and I have no way to access it or format it. Any idea?
Return it. It is obviously defective.
