There is 8.48 MB’s of blank space on this drive. I tried deleting old files, they remain on the drive. I tried to use the Restore funtion to move it to my PC-doesn’t work. Drive is FAT32. My PC is Win7 32. This is an older flash. It does not have Ver 3 on it. It was full way before 3 came out. I don’t really have 16 GB of free space on PC to empty flash for an update. So now what do I do???

if this issue is on the flash drive direct then its write protected and is defective and needs to be replaced
if this issue is on the secure access software then you may provide some more information in order to check what the exact issie is.
