Your Microsd Card Reading Times 2GB, 4GB, 8GB

I have a 2GB microsd card and after starting my sansa express it takes around 5 minutes or more to read.

I’m not sure if this is normal but i am debating on whether or not to even continue using the microsd card since if it takes that long to read i dont even need to use it after that period of time… Is this a normal period of time for everyone else? I’m on the newest firmware 12a

I have an 8gb microsdhc, class 2

It worked fine BEFORE. I would say the start up was less than 5 minutes. 

The problem now, the refresh database screen will not leave at all. If I wait too long, it’ll automatically turn off. I tried multiple things such as reformatting, but still. I even have the latest firmware.
