ok, first off, hello people of the sansa community. i have 3 sansas. an e series for my wife, a clip for my son, and a fuze for me. i had a few problems with the e series early on but was able to read these glorious forum posts to fix the problems. i post on various other forums and understand how to use the search funtion and read past threads. i have tried this for my album art dillema to no avail. so here is my problem. can you guess? I CANT GET MY ALBUM ART TO SHOW UP!!! i have checked the size! i have renamed the art album art.jpg or album art but it still will not work! you can see the art if you go to the photos on the player and select photos a-z. but they will not show up with the music!i am using mtp mode. i am drag and dropping the music files using windows. i have even loaded a few albums using windows media player but still nothing. please any advice is greatly appreciated. oh and yes i did watch the “how to” videos.

For the Fuze, in MSC mode, name your art folder.jpg in the album folder, and drag and drop it. Works for me every time.
so do ijust name it .jpg? or folder.jpg? do i keep the art in a folder and name it .jpg?

find the album art, and rename it “folder.jpg” and make sure it is in the album folder with the song files. then drag and drop the whole album folder into the Fuze, and it should work. Keep in mind, this is MSC mode…none of that MTP tomfoolery is allowed in my house:wink:. So you might have to erase what’s on the Fuze, then switch to MSC, then reload your updated files, but as I said before, all my art works.
