X400 128gb not formattable

Hi all, I’m new here.
I have a problem with an used SSD x400 128gb model SD8SB8U-128G-2000 that is unfortmattable. Tried with windows, gparted and other open tool but nothing.
It was part of a Raid Array, in a data center maybe. From the data sheet I saw SSD is not hard encrypted and CryptoEraseTool not recognized it with ad sata to usb adapter.
Can someone help me?
