i got a san disk a few weeks ago and it wont work when im in school but it will work in the house not sure what to do someone help please?
what type of network encryption are they using at your school? if it is WPA or WPA2 enterprise it is not compatible with this device. This device can only use WPA2 personal network encryption.
Also your school network may be blocking communication between mobile devices. This is also a typical configuration for some schools.
It doesn’t work with my school opperating systems neither. I hearn you can use a PNY one for school but haven’t checked it yet.
