Hello i have 1 WD My Passport 500GB and 1 WD My Passport Ultra 1TB i used booth for a long time andd everything was perfect, but after holidays i wanted to plug my Ultra in but there was a first Problem it did not got automatically unlocked. Therefore i had to do this on my own. It says Drive succesfully decrypted. But My drive wasnt showing up in the Explorer. Same with my older My Passport. I am using Windows 10. On my older Windows 7 PC it worked as always perfectly. What should i do.

Maybe you should download WD security and try to unlock the drive from that and you can also select the option of auto-unlock in WD Security.

I m sorry but i am not able to unlock the hard drives in wd Security and i am also not able to remove the passwords
