Passport Ultra Unlocker can be opened and the password is corret, But the HD can't be found

Hi,

my passport ultra can be opened using the unlocker, but when I input the password, it show the drive is unlock. I wait for 15 minutes, but can’t find the HD.

I already try the WD securities and to the others test using another WD software it passed. I also tried using software for recovery data, I can found the data. But the HD can’t opened.

How to solve this?
