My Sanza Fuze Black 8gb stopped turning on just before christmas. So I applied for an RMA which was accepted, I then had to post the mp3 player to the Czech Republic. The item was confirmed received on the 9th December 2009.
Sandisk say that they aim to have a replacement shipped within 8-10 working days.
It has now been nearly 2 months and after multiple emails and a recent phone call I’m really starting to think I’m never going to see it again!
Could someone please let me know if they have experienced the same difficulties? :cry:
