I sent in a SansaConnect to be replaced because of a malfunction. The company received it on Jan 17th. They are doing an even exchange on the unit. I called on Saturday and was told that the replacement unit has not been shipped yet. What is taking so long? I have had larger electronics repaired with new components that hasn’t taken this long. What is the delay?
