I used sansa media converter to convert a three minute video, and all signs showed it was on my fuze. then, when i go on my fuze and look at the video, a red box pops up and says that the vid isn’t supported. What?
Probably your Sansa can’t recognize the video format.

There you’ll find which Sansa player plays what video format, convert it to certain format using the Sansa Media Converter
