I reinstalled windows 10 on my laptop, and now it doesn’t even detect my external hard drive. Mypassport wireless pro worked before I reinstalled windows 10, but I always had to restart the computer first before the PC detected the hard drive. Can someone please help me?

After Installing Win 10 Creator, my PC had issues that took three microsoft support techs (from three levels of support) over 10 hours of remote work on my PC to get it fixed. I hope you do not have this hassle. Check with Microsoft, too.
