Why can’t I view JPG photo files? what do I need to do in order to view such photos on my sansa c250?
Try running the photos through the Sansa Media Converter.
I did but in the media converter it let’s me import the pictures but doesn’t let press the convert button… why?
If the convert button is greyed out then the Media Converter most likely does not see the player connected to the computer. Is the player showing up in My Computer? What version of the firmware do you have on your c200 (go to Info under the Settings menu to check)? Is the player assigned a drive letter under My Computer or is it listed as a Portable Device?
