I build my windows 7 64bit pc and installing all the software again but then I installed new element software I am not able to find backup from pc to element drive , please guide me where I can find the software backup pc to dw?
Hi,
You need the following:
WD Utilities
WD Security
Wd Discovery
Wd Backup (Preferred) or WD Smartware
Download for WD Downloads Tab at top of this screen.
You should also look for User Manual for your WD product.
I have downloaded all the list you were talking about. DW backup only show back on Claude not from pc to dw.
