I had to reinstall my system and cannot find away of downloading the wd element to restore it any advice or direction?
Hi,
Try using the downloads shown in Downloads tab. You need WD Utilities and Wd Security and maybe WD Discovery. Then either WD Backup or WD Smartware. I know WD Element is not listed, but it can’t be much different than My Book.
