When I want to listen my recorded files, I cannot play them.

I can go to the “recorder” and make a record, but if I go through “Play music” - “Recordings” - select a file, Sansa freezes and does not work. No button functions. the only button, that functions is “Powering down”.

if mine did that EVERYTIME, i would call sandisk to see if it gets replaced. Just my opinion thought. you can call at 866.SanDisk
