WD smartware pro license free with my cloud

first sorry for my english, im french…
i have bought a 2to mycloud system wich is running good, i would like to install wdsmartware pro but it ask me a Key? do i have to buy the key or is it a way to have free with my product???

It is free with the purchase of your device. Follow the instructions and once you have done that you should receive an email with the Key. Be sure to save it. It is the key for up to three devices.

thanks but which instructions? its already installed in free trial because it ask me a key when i started.

Have you opened up SmartWare and looked under the Help tab at Overview and Backup to read about upgrading to SmartWare Pro?

At the bottom of the Help tab you will find a link for the Online User Manuals which has more information about SmartWare Pro.

Mine says I am eligible. I enter my details into the dialog box, click activate and it does nothing. Never progresses. Another example of poor WD software.
