I have purchased this item today because I ran out of trial version. Few minutes later, received the activation code but each time I try to activate my licence, it gives the error below.
There was an error trying to validate your activation code. Please try again later.
Also I was not able to find a link where I can download the pro version.

This is normal, keep trying, it will eventually work. Once it does activate that will unlock your current SmartWare and become SmartWare Pro.
